Tom Decker started his construction career framing custom homes in Desert Mountain and DC Ranch throughout the 90’s. After working with his brothers and sisters as a supervisor he turned his attention to general contracting. Experiencing details and quality while working for the leading builder in Arizona it’s no wonder why Tom has picked up where he left off and creating a family operated custom home builder company.
“I have always thought the western part of the country has the most talented craftsman. That’s how the name WESTCRAFT was created”.

Codee is the Superintendent at WestCraft, overseeing each custom home build with precision and genuine care for every client. With years of hands-on experience in construction management, he ensures every detail reflects WestCraft’s high standards of craftsmanship and quality. Outside of work, Codee enjoys flying airplanes — a passion that mirrors his focus, discipline, and commitment to excellence in every project.
